I am so pleased to hear that you have pushed through your plateau and got through another great milestone.
I sometimes think that the most important thing is regaining the belief that you are trying to do something that is actually possible for you with hard work. Too many times over the years I have concluded that further weightloss was impossible for me and I have given up. Naturally at that point the weight lost has piled back on.
Stay on track and with continued hard work the other brilliant milestones will come and be celebrated.
