Can someone help me understand how your
body uses
calories? The way I see it I'm
fat because I have a lot of stored
calories that I need burn off. But how can I accelerated the process if I eat the same amount of
calories the next day? I'm male 6 feet 1 and 205. I used to have a habit of eating almost ALL THE TIME. I'm trying to control the amount of
calories I consume in a day. Basically I'm asking what do I need for my daily bodily functions so I can exercise all the stored
calories off? Or is it just healthier to eat the same amount I'm used to eating? I think my daily intake is too high and sometimes it's hard to keep track because some foods are packed with
calories and some don't.
Sorry I have too many questions but I'm basically asking what should be my minimum daily calorie intake so my
body burns up the stored
fat also while I'm exercising.
