Rep Power: 8254 | | | Vitamin suppliment question I know that not everyone agrees on which vitamin supplement is the best, or even if one is necessary, so I won’t even ask.
What I do want to ask is if anyone knows “Gerimax” with ginseng, and if they would recommend it? The vitamin aisle at the local healthfood store is rather daunting and the girl working there was absolutely no help.
Please bear in mind I am not going to take it and then assume that I am covered on all fronts, I will still be trying to alter my eating habits in such a way that I get a good deal of nutrients from what I am eating. However, I would still like to have a vitamin supplement in case I am lacking something; I am following the “better safe than sorry” adage. I also take a calcium supplement, as suggested by my doctor.
Thank you for taking the time to read this (and hopefully to reply )

Rep Power: 0 | | | I can't help you with the supplement question, but I want to ask something:
Just out of curiosity: you said you take calcium supplements by advice. Unless the reason for that is of personal nature, could you explain why and what the benefits are supposed to be? |

Rep Power: 8254 | | It’s not of a personal nature, per se, at least not so that I won’t talk about it or anything like that. The women on both sides of my family suffer commonly from osteopenia and osteoporosis. My body, much like theirs, simply doesn’t absorb calcium properly and I am trying to get a head start against mother nature's evil plan for me .

Rep Power: 0 | | | Ah I see. I presumed it was either something like this, or something weight-related I didn't hear about yet. Sorry if I put you in an awkward position in any way. |

Rep Power: 8254 | | No akward position, fair enough question. If I hear anything that isn't related to bone-issues but more aimed toward weight loss I'll let you know
