Trying to now cut fat, not so much weight, and keep muscle

Hey guys its me again

Currently I'm at about 188-189 lbs, and I actually have to stay there until November because of football, my position won't allow me to lose anymore weight (coaches are already on me enough because they wanted me to stay at 200)

Right now I exercise 6 days a week, I weightlift 3 days a week, and do speed training 3 days.

This isn't great for losing fat of course just bulking up...

So come November I want to lose down to I believe 170-175 (I'm about 6'1" tall so I don't think going but so low would be a good idea)

I know I need to eat 6 meals a day of course to keep my metabolism running.

So my main questions are.
1. How many calories total should I beat taking in to not lose too much weight, but still lose?
2. How much protein and what else do I need to take in to insure I don't lose muscle while I lose this weight?
3. If I do weightlifting, but not bulking, will that hurt me?
4. Can I run everyday? or is that too much and is bad? (I am that guy that actually likes to exercise)
