Advanced Weight Loss

Most people here are trying to lose weight using advice and support from others, but very few here are professionals. This is an attempt to bring in the professionals. THINGS COULD GET NASTY!

Weight loss question - any help would be appreciated! <3

Hi!
I am wondering how much weight I can expect to lose per 30 day period following this regime:
-excercising daily - 45 mins of interval cardio on an elliptical trainer, burning an average of 300-350 calories, and aprox 20 mins of weight training with free weights (upper body and squats/lunges) including abs
-eating plain/non-sugary, spicy seasoned grilled chicken breast, asparagus and green vegies, salad with vinigarette/cranberries and seeds, flourless bread w/ hummus etc frequently throughout the day, and a glass of red wine occasionally
-30 mins in an infrared sauna 4-5 days a week
-drinking lots of water

about me...
-23 yrs old, F, 5'8'', BMI = 24.9
-I weigh 164 lbs...the most Ive ever weighed...I've gotten lazy over the past year and have always been a healthy weight or even slim for my body type, apparently I look ~150...(I have always, until recently been active in sports/I have a black belt in taekwondo, and I feel I have alot of muscle with a gross layer of fat overtop)
-I think my ideal weight is 125-130 lbs, although I think I want to be less :P At this weight I am a size 6-8, I'm currently a 12.
-I work in the veterinary feild and am fairly-very active at work (deff. not sitting at a desk)
-I currently do not take any vitamins or nutritional supplements

Any responses or help would be greatly appreciated! If anyone has any suggestions on how I can lose weight faster or lead a healthier lifestyle that would be awesome!
Thanks <3

Try signing up to fitday.com . you can enter what you eat and the amount you exercise. It will tell you your calorie deficit for each day. Once that deficit is 3500 calories thats approximatly 1lb .
So if say you have a deficit of 1000 calories a day then you will loose 2lb a week. I would watch things that you perceive to be healthy like flourless bread as they actually may have more calories.
Also the wine is fairly high so you may want to be careful about that.
vinigarettes are often made with oil so though its fine to have, just be careful on portion sizes.

Above all, read the sticky threads

Good luck!
