Rep Power: 5 | | | #@%!@* Plateau! Well i hit it. My first plateau. The only thing i can think the cause of this stale in weight loss is the holidays combined with moving back home and the end of term papers / projects due I've been at tthe gym 1-2 days a week instead of 4-5, and my caloric intake has jumped about 500 calories a day.
I've been stuck between 355-360 for about 3 weeks now.
I'm going to monitor my food intake closely, and since hours are cut at work and exams are finally here I'm going to hit the gym every day this week and really push it.
I need to be 325 by march first. |

UGH~ Ive been sticking around 174 for the past few weeks..It went down to 172 then back to 174...Ive been working out, so all I can hope now its muscle building and it will start melting off. It makes it really hard when youre working your ass off and nothing showing for it. |
