what advice are you looking for?

have you considered therapy for some of your issues regarding food?

If you'd engage the search button you'll find tips on how to deal with social occassions - you'd also find that one bad day doesn't ruin months of effort..> You would also learn... that this should be a lifestyle change - and into each life - dessert does fall..

basically -stop panicing and start reading and educating yourself..

what motivated you before to lose the weight? maybe think of that and use it as a motivator to retain the weight and NOT eat the desserts.

:slaps you across the face:

GET BACK ON TRACK!!! GET...BACK...ON...TRACK!!!

Did that help? NO? Really?!?! I thought it would've.

Umm...in that case, I would just try finding some sort of avenue to deter you from eating when you're "drowning your sorrows". Try going for a jog or even snacking on healthier foods. I think you just need to find a way to occupy your time when you feel like eating junk food. Find a hobby or something. That usually seems to work.

If you really are having a hard time resisting desserts, eat your meal slowly, and eat the dessert slowly, that way you know that you are full...I normally find alternatives, like eating fruit or something like that...if your going to a party and you know that there might not be somthing low calorie, offer to bring something like fruit, or some kinda low calorie candy or something, or bring some gum so that you have something in your mouth

Can you please stop posting nonsense across the forum. It's irritating. And you spammed once so I have all the reason I need to ban you.

My advice would be to only have dessert occasionally. if you are having a dessert every night, yeah there is going to be weight gain.

Why are you sad to begin with? What "sorrows" do you have to drown? Shouldn't you be happy?
