I have been trying to lose weight now for about a year. In the beginning I had what I consider pretty good success, but more recently I can't seem to lose a pound. The last few weeks I have been consuming 1200-1500 calories per day and doing 1.5 hours of cardio six days a week, thinking this may jump start my weight loss. However, I have found that the scale has not moved an OUNCE. Also it seems that EVERY morning I wake up with a bloat feeling - even though I stop eating after 7:00pm.
FYI: I have been doing two of the Tae Bo Amped Series daily.
It's hard to say without having more information. What are you eating and how much? Can you give us a sample of what you generally eat throughout the day?
It could be that your body just hit a stall and needs time to regroup. It could be that you need to tweak your diet a bit. It could be that you're overexercising ... but it's hard to know right now.
I think you might need to find another program or exercise routine to shake your body up. If your constantly doing the same routine your body will start to adjust to it and then you will get that plateau effect. Don't give up. just create a new routine for yourself. And just watch the weight melt away.
