Congratulations on your
weight loss so far.
You have lost a reasonable proportion of your weight now. Do you have any loose skin already? I could certainly see the areas where I had loose skin when I had 40 or so
pounds to go...
Although you are trying to lose a fair bit of weight - it is at a level where some people get away with none where others end up with some loose skin. It tends to be affected by a number of factors including age and genetics. Also whether or not you are losing weight at a healthy speed. I think that
diet probably plays a factor too. I suspect that things like creaming may help...
If I were you and clearly concerned about it I would decide to lose the remaining weight at a healthy pace (no more than 1% per week), check fitday and ensure that you are getting a healthy spread of nutrients (e.g. healthy fats), and get some cream (I suspect that any cream will do since you tend to pay most for brand name and perfume contents and I suspect that it is actually the act of massage that is as much benefit as anything) and hope for the best. If the worst comes to the worst and you end up with loose skin you will be a whole lot healthier than when you were padding that skin with 100+
pounds of
fat.
I am sure that you will be using exercise as a major part of your project. Continue with that - ensuring that you are incorporating ST. Check the exercise section.
