Hi- I'm a new member looking to lose some
fat and tone up a bit.
I was wondering what everyone's IDEAL
body would be- what exactly would this look like?
Being a male, I think Brad Pitt in Fight Club is pretty much ideal- lean, muscular, low
body fat, athletic looking. Do you agree?
What about females? What qualities do you look for in the ideal male
body...or even in the female
body?
Just curious to see if I'm going for the right thing or not
PS- my biggest obstacle is
diet and lack of intensity during my workouts. Do ya'll have this problem? or what is preventing you from making progress towards your ideal
body?
