Rep Power: 0 | | How Many Pounds Per Weekie? ^-^ Hellosies ^-^ I'm wondering how safe it is to lose five pounds a week for several weeks at first?
My current weight is 267 (I'm 5'6 and a halfie), and I made a little weight - loss projection thingie in Weight By Date ^-^
I've projected that I can lose five pounds a weekie for about eight weeks in the very beginning, and then lower it to three pounds a week for about twelve weeks after that, and then two pounds a week for about another twelve weeks, and then one pound per week for about five weeks until I reach 150 lbs, heehee ^-^
Does that sound reasonablesie?
I'm really not suresie, because in weight loss calculators, the general rule is to lose no more than two lbs per week, but it doesn't seem to take into considerationsie if someone is extremely overweightsie.
I'm not really planning on cutting calories below 2,000 or 1,900 a daysie, so I absolutely don't want to starve myselfie, heehee ^-^
I would just like to consume what is considered to be a healthy amountie of calories in the first place and let things level outsie ^-^
Of course, I would like to do some mild aerobics every daysie and some moderately - intensive toning ^-^
Does this seem like a healthy plansie, and are my expectationsies reasonable? ^-^
I am very muchies looking forwardsie to your replysies ^-^ |

Rep Power: 85 | | | Best to thinksie of onesie percentsie per weeksie. Thatsie takes accountsie of your weightsie...
I wish that you would use more standard English when you post - as I find your manner of writing both difficult to read and understand. Half the time you use the correct word - and other times you add the suffix "sie". Most words never have the suffix "sie". |

Are you an adult or a kid just playing around? |

I don't really think that it's necessary to say (type) mean thingies, thoughsies u.u
I don't have a lispie :P
How are 2,000 calories per daysie too muchies?
Isn't that the general ideal for girls? Alsosies, I used another calorie calculator thingie, and it read that I need over 2,400 calories per daysie in order to maintain my current weightsie, so wouldn't I lose weight if I were to lower my calorie intake by 400 or 500 calories?
Well, anywaysies, I'm curious about that ^-^

Rep Power: 85 | | | I consider it rude of you to keep on writing in baby talk when people have told you that it is difficult to read. Rudeness (which is a kind of meanness) just depends on perspective.
I for one am not going to enter into any more conversations where one participant insists on talking in baby talk. Dont hope for any input from me. |

| Yup. If someone isn't willing to communicate clearly, then it's not worth my time to wade through baby talk garbage to try to translate before I can respond. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Goshie, wellsies, I will just wait for replysies from other nicer people ^-^
Don't you think that you're being a bit childish about this?
What you're implyingsie is that you will avoid me until I conform to your standardsies of what you consider to be "acceptablesie".
I am never intentionally rudesie, and I don't consider my vernacular to be offensivesie in any waysies :s
I think that I am a very nice girlsie, and people in generalsie should be less critical of something so minute, heehee ^-^
So, theresies ^-^ |

Rep Power: 72 | | | It's obvious that you're capable of writing proper English - you've done it before on other threads and in other posts. This insistence on baby-talk is just silly. |

I suppose I can try to keep it down to a minimum ^-^
I really don't want this thread to turn into something that has nothing to do with my original postie u.u
I really care about my weight loss goalsies and I want to know that I'm doing healthy thingies ^-^
I am really looking forward to more replysies about my original query ^-^
I'm thinking nowsies of perhaps setting my goal weight to between 150 and 170?
Is that also a relatively healthy weightsie? ^-^
When I used to weigh 170 (right before I gained weightsie), I think I look really nice in that weight range^-^
Here are a few photosies of me when I was around that weight range ^-^

Rep Power: 33 | | | For me it goes into the same category as text speech and all that other nonsense - if people cannot be bothered to write properly, I won't be bothered to read it, or reply to it. *shrug* | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
