Best food good healt

Good food categories

* Fruits and olive oil;
* Raw Vegetables / Cooked Vegetables;
* Grains and Pasta;
* Nuts & Seeds;
* Unrefined sugars (often brown).
These are the good food for healthy body.

There are many many many foods that are good your body and they pretty much are based around those that you've listed. The water, meats, legumes, starches, fruits, vegetables, dairy and healthy fats.

Also different types meats are a good for your body will the supply of protein & vitamins.

The sad truth is that the poster has made some pretty simplistic postings today - and the main reason would appear to be to spread a spammy signature that has now been removed.

very good post Anna..
just a small reminder ..olive oil actually contains high amount of calories although it is healthy.. over eat of oilve oil is not really a good idea...

All 8 postings were made in less than an hour and most of them were things like "I agree with that". This was their most thought through one which gave no real thought to protein needs....

It's not like our bodies really need protein is it? (Margaret attempts irony)...
