Hi everyone! Thank you in advance for any suggestions... here is my story...
Changing my lifestyle and losing weight in the process. Started the change in May 2009 and so far I am down 25.5 lbs to 198. I am 38, female and 5'3".
I have changed my eating habits and record my
calories and nutrients on a e-program daily to make sure I reach my target
calories of about 1600 a day. I have been walking a lot and using the stationary bike.
What I need assistance and ideas with is what other
exercises I could be doing. The issue is that I have developed an incisional hernia in July from a stomache surgery I had a couple years ago and my doctor says no strenous
exercises until a month after the surgery happens which is not scheduled until January 2010.
I don't want to lose all my good existing muscles so does anyone have any advise about some
exercises that I could ask my doctor about doing on my next visit?
