Please help

I have lost 35 lbs in the last 9 months, great right. I am at 190 with my target being 170. The problem is I have been at 190 for the last 3 months, working out as hard as ever, eating good etc. Any advice? I do cardio at least once a day and sometimes twice, weights 3 times a week. Should I start burst training?

Thanks

Try logging the calories you are eating and the exercise on somewhere like fitday.com . It will show exactly what you are doing or not doing. Being super honest to the point of weighing your food and measuring everything!

As wishes said, if you're not losing weight, it's because you're eating too many calories.

SIgn up for fitday or thedailyplate or one of those sites and start logging your food and see exactly how much you're eating. Once you see where you are, it'll be easier to know where to cut back.

yep, the only possible reason seems to me that you are not able to burn the calories, you should try something new which make you feel better. Go for Googling an you will find the great tips out there,

When you log your food - dont just check that your calories make sense...

Also check that the nutrients all are hitting the right targets.

I was delayed in reaching goal weight because - despite my calories all being on target - my sodium levels had gone up because I had taken to eating low calorie home made blended vegetable soup without realising the sodium content of the stock cubes.

More recently - in maintenance I have seen my weight drift slightly upwards - and a nutritional analysis high-lighted the fact that although I continue to hit the rather low protein RDA my protein levels had lowered from where they had been and where I prefer them to be...
