Pills are a crock. There is no pill that will offer you magic
weight loss. The only way to lose weight is to eat healthily and exercise.
Sorry - I know that's probably not what you want to hear, but it's the truth. Read the sticky posts in the forums and sign up for a site like fitday.com or thedailyplate.com and start seeing what you eat and how much you eat. That will help you to learn where you need to cut back and where to begin.
