sounds pretty simple right? well here is the deal... Im taking a physical friday (its about 11:40 tuesday night) and I need to be 201 lbs. or less. I just weighed in at 207. so basically..
I need to cut ~8 lbs in 2 days.
I started out a month ago at 230 lbs. but have fallen short of my
goal of 200.
( i have been dieting and working out the right way)
I see wrestlers, and MMA fighters cut that kind of weight all the time. I understand its not healthy, but i dont plan on keeping the weight off. its just temorary.
