running

i am new to the post... i just have a question... i have been running for almost 2 months.... i have gotten up to 4 miles a day... and i love to run... it just feels good... i have only lost 6 lbs.... i jsut wonder if there is something more i need to do... do i need to add anything else to my routine or is running enough for me... i am watching what i eat closely.... i enjoy running but was just wondering??????

Exercise alone will not cause weight loss.. Maybe you are over eating? do you log food?

Running in and of itself will only cause weight loss if the running burns more calories than you're eating.

What you eat is the most important part of losing weight. How many calories a day are you eating? And what kind of nutrition are you getting?
