I was never a very big girl up top- but when i was fat i was a good C cup.
Now ive lost 110lb im down to a very droopy B. It is pretty bad, but do remember ive lost a crapload more than 20lb.
I dont think you will loose that much boobage for just 20lb loss.
I'm right with you here, Wishes. Before I lost 140, I was around a C/full B. They're quite small now, but you know, I spent a period depressed about it and now realize I wasted good time. Overall, I'm healthier and I've more important things to worry about than my decreased bust size.
Men are either going to find me sexy or not, and truth be told, I feel sexier being more lean with less breasts then bigger with cleavege. Besides, if my breasts were bigger, I would topple over given my lack of a badunkadunk bottom.
Regardless of tiny boobs, I still get rather flattering compliments. In fact, I've gotten told on more than one occasion that I look like a model. If my breasts were uberly huge, I doubt I would so much, you know?
I'm happy with myself, and have come to understand that there's no where I can go from here besides up, provided I exhert self-control and direction to maintain my health.

I think it's different for everyone and depends on your starting weight as well. I lost weight from my waist first, then my hips, then my boobs last of all. When I lost about 25lb I went from a 34D to a 32C. From a reliable source, I have been told that when you regain weight you return to your original proportions -so your breasts aren't gone forever! When you first regain the weight it may seem a little different e.g. more on your torso but then it redistributes. Though actually I don't know if that last bit applies if you are gaining from a healthy weight, I was underweight when I was told that.

My breasts haven't really gotten noticeably smaller despite losing 20lbs. I'm still the same cup size now as I was when I started and I'm wearing the same size bra, but I'm on the inner set of hooks now. It won't be long before I have to buy smaller bras, but I anticpate having to go down only to a 38C from a 40C.
I've lost most of my weight from my butt and only my butt. It's getting flat. My legs and arms are also a little slimmer.

I didn't notice that they got smaller until my friends started to point it out to me. I went bra shopping and I dropped a cup size (DD-D). It's not the place where I want to drop the pounds but what can I do?

I went from a 42DD to probably a 36C at this point. I couldn't be happier. They don't get in my way anymore when I'm trying to paint, weld, whatever, I'm not getting that chafing between boom and ribcage, I can go get cute lacy bras that they just don't make in larger sizes Best of all... they're more sensitive!

In among all these stories of people who have lost weight with not too dramatic a change to their breasts - I feel that I need to add balance with my experience.
I was big - very big. I dont know how big my boobs were at the start - but I remember slimming down and getting a 52G bra. I am now 30HH. My back has narrowed nicely. I have lost much of the contents of my boobs - but the skin has not properly reduced at all. Much of the HH cup contents are in fact loose skin. I accept that they will not naturally shrink - and my doctor is supporting my application for breast reduction surgery.
I am pleased that I have lost the weight that I have lost - but am certain that without surgery my breasts will always look disfigured when not fully clothed. Thankfully my figure looks ok in clothing and my husband loves me just as I am.

when i lost 50lbs the first time around my bra size went down but my cup size pretty much stayed the same.
Same here, I was a 44D when I started and am now a 38D. I think it really just depends on your body but I would imagin that loosing 15lb or so wouldnt have a dramatic effect on your bra size.

I've lost almost 22lbs so far and my cup size hasn't changed, though I think my chest measurement has gone down by a couple of inches. So far I don't feel like I need a new bra; my old bras seem to still be fitting fine though I may go out this weekend and try some smaller ones to see how they feel.

You guys are so lucky. I have lost 27 lbs and my cup size has gone down. I was a full C and now I am still wearing a C but I can tell that its big on me. There is no doubt about it I will lose my boobs. I will most likely be a big B when I am done. I am like the only one in my family that has smaller boobs. My boobs come from my weight. But i'd rather be thinner and have less boobs than plus size and lots of boobs. The lots of boobs bounce while running..

My boobs come from my weight too xDDDD.
And I hope the go away with my weight. The smaller they get, the better my breast implants will be, I think

I really hope my size goes down. I'm wanting to lose thirty pounds more, so hopefully they'll go down at least a size. Hopefully losing 43 pounds will do something.

A few years ago I lost about 45 pounds. Before the weight loss I was a 40 DD. AT the end of losing the 45 pounds I was pretty close to a 36, but was still a DD. I think if I had lost another 20 or 30 ponds I might have lost a cup. I did notice as I was losing that the skin at the top of my breasts looked wrinkley when sitting in the bra cups. That freaked me out. I've gained back 40 of the 45 pounds and am now starting the whole loosing weight process again. It will be in interesting to see what happens with the breasts. I just hope loosing weight doesn't make them sag more. Ughh
