What is the best way to tell your
body fat percentage? I have Tanita scales that are supposed to calculate it but I don't think that they are accurate on
body fat. They are very accurate on weight though. The reason I don't think that they are accurate on
body fat is because I've taken them to the
gym and 2 girls who are the same height and within a couple
pounds of each other on weight said that their
body fat is the same when one of them is very flabby and the other is solid muscle. Does that make sense?
I want to figure out the best way to tell what mine is. I'm down 10.6
pounds in a little over a month! YIPPEE!!!!
