| An Ideal weightloss goal for you would be to lose 5% of your weight. If you are 265 then it would be roughly 13 lbs. Now once you lose the 13lbs you can set another goal. This way when you look at losing weight you say it's only 13 pounds. I can do this, it's easy. Then you can do it again. Eventually the 13 pounds add up. You're 6'5'' too so you really don't need to lose much weight.
