Rep Power: 0 | | I just weighed myself last night and I am at 230. Down 8lbs from last Sunday. It is probably water weight, but I am still seeing differences.
On April 1st I will be taking my next set of photos to see what, if any progress I am making. |

Rep Power: 24 | | Hmm.. if you work on maintaining you lean body mass while you are losing weight, it will probably help you see that stomach going away.
