I just weighed myself last night and I am at 230. Down 8lbs from last Sunday. It is probably water weight, but I am still seeing differences.

On April 1st I will be taking my next set of photos to see what, if any progress I am making.

great, cobgrats on the loss. part is probably water weight, but i'm sure not all of it ...btw why don't you start your diary... that way we can support you more.

Hmm.. if you work on maintaining you lean body mass while you are losing weight, it will probably help you see that stomach going away.

You should go to the On Topic forum and check out an article Steve posted in the thread titled "A MUST READ." I think it might help ya out!!
