Cool March Update :)

I haven't done so well with winter- a total 7 pounds since Dec. 21st but here they are anyways- look for better losses and better updates in the spring months

How did you do it... any tips e.g excersize, calorie intake? Would be fantastic

I try to stick to 1200 calories a day, I'm following Nutrisystem Low GI Carb guidelines But any structured plan will work as long as you learn forgiveness. No one is perfect and we all screw up our plans sometimes- its the ones who can say well whats done is done and its right back to plan that will make it all the way where they are headed.

As for exercise- I just play with my kids. Nothing planned out or structured there- just play. It never gets old, and its never boring- which is the most important thing.

Im doing 1000-1200 at the moment... and sticking there too! I dont find im starving myself yet... i think its because im replacing fat with fiber... so its filling me up

Cant believe you didnt do any "excersise"! Thats even more incredible! I dont have children. Well im only 17 haha! Im just doing 30 minutes on the excersise bike and 10 mins 5kg weights 3 times a day (heard it speeds up metabolism? Probably wrong).

Im walking instead of getting lifts off the folks as well now... that was strange at first, but i still have to get the bus to college as i live 9 miles away, wish i could walk more, but i goto college at 8 and come home at 5.30, then i have pile loads of coursework and essays to do after i get home. I think ill have to make weekends my walk days.

Thanks for the advice...You are truly inspirational

LOL! Well my kids are 8,6 and 4 so its not really nothing, they like to go bike riding, roller blade, run, jump, play sports- they are little boys so theres always something to do- I was never one to walk in a circle (track) or ride a stationary bike, if Im going to put effort into it I better get somewhere! :P
