Hey I have not posted on here for a long time. Anyway I began my weight loss goal in 2005 September and to this point I have went from 350LBS to now 188LBS last time I checked.

I dont want to lose much weight anymore, just want to put on muscle now.

You don't lose that kind of weight without paying a lot of dues. Anyone who has that kind of heart and determination is just damn admirable.

BTW I just weighed myself this morning for the heck of it, I honestly barley weigh myself but it said 180LBS. I dont know if my scale is bunk or somthing because a few nights ago it said about 188LBS.

Either way I will continue to post my results once I have built more muscle or something. :-)
