Rep Power: 0 | | | yeah i know what your saying danielle. When i run and stand i feel like there is more of an arch..Its almost as if my chest is poking out, but im sure that its just me not being use to standing or sitting upright. Its funny you mention the kashi food because i just went out this past week and did some food shopping...i bought 3 didnt types...some high in protein and another that kind of tastes like plain puffs.....man being 19 and having to do my own food shopping in a house that eats like "crap" can get pretty pricey...
I throw in eggs here and there...Ive never actually liked yoke so its pretty easy for me to crack them open and cook or eat just the egg white...Being a portugee, its only natural that im a hardcore seafood buff..I do a ton of fishing and most of the fish i eat this summer will be natural and i'll have to gut and cook it myself (only difference being i'll have to watch what i use to cook and prepare the fish with)
thanks for the tip about protein count...it should definetly keep me on my toes about how much to consume..sometimes i find myself eating to little and other times too much to make up for it....I didnt realize it worked that way..cool...
Well im out of here...too god speed...that is a month and three days in between...still got lots of work to do...
appreciate it and i'll definetly keep anyone who is interested...updated..

Rep Power: 0 | | | your pics aren't loading for me-did you take them off? i know what you mean about those terrible beach fears! sounds like you've already done the impossible-take some confidence from that man! i can't see your pics but i bet you look great. going under the knife is a serious topic-maybe you could ask a few plastic surgeons just to see what they say about lose skin tightening up. don't go with the intention to have surgery-just do some research....and well done thus far!!!!!!!!!! you must be proud. |

1 Bowl of Shredded Wheats (no sugar...real wheat cereal) with skim milk (830 am)
now from 830 till 3 what should i be consuming...should my pre workout meal be my big meal for the day? (meaning should i be eating a main course meal before i workout or after)..where should my main course of protein be consumed? should there even be a main course, or should it be spread throughout the day...argh
after i workout from 5-12...i'll usually have a coffee, fruit, and a bowl of oatmeal/cereal or farina to close out the night...Hopefully im doing this the right way...Im putting in alot of effort, but im afraid to consume to much and put on fat...or not eat enough and loose weight...
Basically i eat Cereal in the morning...Fruit and meat before workout and then cereal and coffee after workout into the night
any ideas on what i should be eating and at what intervals...You guys are my closest thing to affording a nutrionalist...
thanks |

ugh why did i have to get fat...haha..
thanks again. |
Hey Joe, don't worry. (Can't get your pics on my computer but I'm sure you look great, as others have said). Crunches/sit-ups really do work in changing stomach shape. As an example, I used to do 400 crunches a night over 5 years ago and even after weight gain I still have a visible 'strip' on my abs. What works REALLY well is to do sit-ups on an incline bench; you use all groups of ab muscles at once: upper, lower and side abs. You can really feel it working out your whole stomach, right into the muscle that sits next to your gut. It's high intensity so you don't need to do many to get a good workout and if you graduate to a bar (hang upside down and use your abs to pull yourself upright), you can beef up in no time (if that's what you want).
All the best and don't let this small problem take away from the thrill of having lost all that weight! Many never get to where you are now so enjoy every minute of it! | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
