Starting over again...

Ahh... back to working out again after a little vacation. I was doing the Body for Life routine last year about this time and managed to go from 160-something to 135 in no time. I was a size 12 and ended up almost a size 8. Then I met a guy with terrible eating habits and I ended up quitting my routine. When we broke up, I resolved to get back into it, and then I BROKE MY FOOT!

A little while after I started doing floor exercises up until I met someone else. I got a little distracted at first, but as it turns out - he has great eating habits and likes to stay active. He also let himself go a bit, but he's in decent shape as he is an active bike rider. So, after a party over the weekend - I saw some pictures of me that made me cringe and we decided to start working out again. We did an hour long walk/jog and upper body weight lifting today. It was great!

This is him. He wants to get his abs and chest more defined and to up his energy level. His legs are in great shape due to the biking. He's 6'2" and weighs about 185.

I'm not going to change the diet as I already eat really well. I just need to get back into lifting weights and jogging. Anyway, my goal is around 130 as I felt really good getting close to that weight. But more or less, I just want to feel good physically. I'm 5'9"-ish and 171lbs as of today.

I'm on the right in this one... this was taken over the weekend.

My waist last year. I was starting to see a good bit of definition. I'd really like to get back there and continue on with the progress. It was exciting.

This was later last year after I started dating the guy with the bad eating habits and I was starting to put on the weight. I can't even fit in those pants comfortably now...

Anyway... I hope to have some good progress photos coming soon. Wish us luck!
