Wow amazing pictures coodos
for bunjy jumping I am sooo scared of heights and I have been
puumping myself up just to prove to my hubby that I can go down a
big waterslide.He can't get me on a roller coaster but I may try a water
slide lol but geeeesh your bunjy jumping there is no ride that can top that!

Thanks so much guys for all your encouragement...I still have a fair bit to go when I look in the mirror I am reminded of that...constantly. hehe!

Hi guys, me again.

In order to inspire myself and get back on the right track...(i have put on 4.5lbs this month...grrrrr)

I have posted a Challenge on my blog For people to think of 5 things about themselves that they are ok with. I called it the 'Just As I am Challenge'. I have also started a photo montage of everyone that participates...if you are looking for some encouragement take a peak...It is really inspiring to see other overweight people listing the things about themselves that are fine just as they are...How 'bout writing your own?

Hi Flabuless,

You know the one thing I noticed is that you look great in both the before & after. I mean that. You look happy.

Maybe that's what has helped is that u r a happy person.

Anyway, love these success stories. use to get shape magazine and basically just read the success stories, true inspiration.

Keep up the great work and I only hope I can do as well as u.
