I'm just new here but I have been on my weightloss journey since 2005 so it has been slow for me...but I have now lost 95lbs and I am immensely proud of that. here are a few pics to show you my progress to date from my biggest to where I am now...but if you want to see more I have my journey in photos on my blog site Photos
I still have about 63lbs to loose but I am over half way now...I am so excited to get this far! I only realised just how much weight I had lost the other night whilst looking at some some photo's taken in 2005. Anyhow I just wanted to share with you all and encourage ya that if I can you can too!  Flabuless |

Rep Power: 0 | | Thankyou so much for your kind and encouraging words...Sometimes I get overwhelmed and wonder if I am going to be able to finish it...ie get down to my ultimate goal...it just seems like such a way still. but I Have come so far and it would be such a shame to waste it. but you guys rock! so thanks a heap! I feel very much at home here. |
