As for time frame, thats all really up to you. You haven't given your weight or the target weight of Britney so its 100% guesswork. Not to mention the speed you lose your weight will be completely up to you.
For exmaple if you workout regularly and cut your calories a bit, you could lose 1-2 pounds a month, if you work out more frequently and really control your calories it could be 1-2 pounds(or more) a week, if you go out for beers and pizza a couple times a week and eat fast food the rest of the time, you could become the bodyguard sooner than you think.....

Thats a lot of "if"s

In any scenario, you are the one in control of the time frame. Your eating habits and dedication will determine how quickly or not you will reach that goal. Really something impossible for anyone to guesstimate without knowing your exact diet and exercise program.

well i work out on my elliptical for an hour a day.. and do my best to eat well but most days i give myself a little treat... im 139.. shes probs like 115-120... so ??... better?? i only got my elliptical less then a week ago but.. so far ive done an hour everyday..

i think britney is great there.. nice thighs.. perky bum.. but ya.. i plan on doing this by doing an hour of cardio a day... and eating as healthy as possible... im trying to get my hands on some weights as well so i can do weight training...

You know I always wondered what it would be like to be paid to work out. Actors, actresses, singers, they are all basically paid money to stay in good shape, if they weren't in good shape they wouldn't be so popular. How many hours a day would you work out if you were paid $2000/hour to do it? Oh and I really suggest swimming as cardio, it's the ultimate form of cardio if you want a well toned body.

Britts forking out tons of money to get tht body back that she once had,you know after a kid or 2 your body is hrder to get back into shape and since she doesn't have the patience to workout hardcore to get what she wants she pays for it also to those whom didn't know with her 1st pregnancy she said she couldn't ahndle hours of labor so she paid a doctor to give her a c-section if that isn't taking the easy way out.

Yikes I thought Brittany looked healthy there , not too skinney and quite toned, definitely not 12 year old boy body shape. Just about every straight male that I know didn't mind her so much either .
