Rep Power: 0 | | hi again transformer, Tranformed from an old man to a sexy young guy
I wanted to say thank you for answering everyones questions including mine, not only do you look great but you are also helping others with your weight loss knowledge which is excellent.
You talked about a polar heart monitor, where do you get them? and what is the best one to buy? and how do they work?
I hope you don't mind answering my questions.
I am 69.5kg ( 152.9 pounds) I have lost 7kg (15.4 pounds) already but doing 2 hours of walking a day and only eating 800 calories, is that ok to do? I use to be 121lbs 3 years ago until I had really bad health problems and gained the weight and want to get back there again.
i really want to get this polar monitor unit you are talking about, if you could explain to me about it, i would really appreciate it.
Thank you so much for the inspiration you look absolutely gorgeous!! |

Thank you so much for the inspiration you look absolutely gorgeous!! | Honestly you need to eat more. My attitude it eat a good bit of calories spread out throughout the day but, make them clean ones. Then workout harder. You're metabolism will thankyou later. Even when I was eating light I would still eat 1200-1300cals a day but, those days a loong over. Once you loose the fat on you're body and its got no more reserves you have to eat otherwise you're workouts will fall flat on their face.
Slowly increase you're workout and you're calorie intake. Once you body learns you will feed it regularly it will start to burn what you eat instead of store. This is the key to success. I did 5 meals a day for 7 months and then switched to 6 meals a day. From 1100-1200cals a day to now as many as I can get in(normally around 3500cals because of my small stomach).
The closer and closer you get to goal the more and more you have to eat. i know that sounds counterproductive but, it isint. Trust. me.
as far as the polar heart monitor you can pick them up at you're local walmart/target pretty easily. I'll try and find you a link later today. |

Rep Power: 0 | | thank you so much, i am thinking about getting a polar f11 heart monitor watch so i can see if i am losing any calories when i am sleeping.. I can't believe you ate more food as you were losing weight, why is that working? How many hour a day do you exercise? I am doing 2 hours and twice a week doing 3 hours of exercise. I walk and ride my bike and do 20 minutes jogging on the treadmill ( i am so excited about that because i couldn't even jog before)
I am really scared to up my calorie intake incase i gain weight. tonight I only ate 500 calories and did 2 hours of exercise, it is really hard to eat such low calorie food. did you gain weight when you upped your calorie intake. Do you think it is different for men than women, therefore i should eat like this until i am at my desired weight than up my calorie intake?
thank you so much
do you think the f11 polar heart monitor will be a good choice
sorry for all the questions, you just look so damn good, i can't believe how differnet you look, i bet your confidence levels have increased soo much.. |

Because i've been able to manipulate my metabolism like I have now I burn at a incredable rate. Normally a 2hr workout for me is arouund 2800-3000calories burnt. Considering I burn 3,000 a day on my own doing nothing you can see my need to eat often and feed my body. It wasn't always like this i've just had to make it this way slowly overtime modifying my program as needed to maximize results. Quote:

Everyone likes using excuses and crutchs as to why they can't get the job done. Bottem line now that you have you're heart monitor you need to wear it resting sitting on the couch for an hour times that by 24 and now you know what you burn in a day without exercise. You should eat that amount and increase from there depending on you're workouts. There is much more involved than that unfortunately I really need to have a one on one conversation with you so i can teach you about what you need to be eating and how often....not to mention workouts which everything thinks they know what they are doing and chances are they don't. I get told I need to write a book. Maybe pm me you're MSN name or AIM name or something and i'll be happy to go into detail with you and workout a program for you to achieve you're goals in record time which is very possible. Quote:

So I took that no nonesense bs aproach to getting fit and healthy. No bullshit stop crying and do the work period. You can achieve record results its all about what you are willing to do. Don't let anyone tell you, you can't do something. Just because it hasn't been done before don't mean it aint possible.
To kinda answer you're questions about how hard I train well for instance when I made this thread may 8th I was 229lbs tonight as I write this on may 22nd im 219lbs @ around 14ish%BF . For refference that puts me at a 226lb loss in less than 10 months. I have a two pack showing on my abs and my delts are coming in now. In the last 20 lbs im sure I can get a 6 pack and be around 195lbs.
I'm here to tell you. Its all in a matter of how hard you work. Plus there is alot of bs info out there. I've changed trainers and nutrionalists like shocks. lol. Pm me and i'll take the time to work with you on a program centered around you. I'm thinking about doing this full time now and getting paid for it. lol. I should charge for my training...lol.
career change here I come.
