You should. It'll inspire others. I almost can't believe how big I was. Someone in this forum (don't remember who) keeps their's on the fridge door!! Now, that's torture! |

Rep Power: 8 | | How tall are you ashanta? My goal for weightloss is to get from 220 to 165 in 23 weeks (5 months) before my 30th birthday in January (8th to be exact). Yay! I know all bodies are different but looking at your after is giving me even more motivation and determination. If you don't mind i'd like to bookmark it to help. |

THANK YOU everyone for the encouraging words! I can tell you that THOSE DENIMS IN THE 2ND PIC FALL OFF NOW!! I lost about 20 more lbs. I'll post pics and measurements by the end of Septmeber. ritagurl-
I'm 5'7" ..
That sounds like a very realistic goal- good luck. I see you've lost 10lbs so far.. congrats. Will be looking for your before and afters as well! |

I lost about 75 pounds so far but don't have any pics of me at the starting weight. I posted my measurements in my weightloss diary. Link below. | You look really good. I mean that.
