I started my new "life" on March 24th 2005 when my X-fiance walked out on me. I was incredibly motivated and set a goal to lose 50 pounds by the first day of my annual beach vacation on July 27th. I started at 244 pounds. Well tomorrow is the first day of my vacation and I just weighed myself....50 pounds! Today I am 194 pounds. I have a lot of muscle (so I don't need to get down really low) so I think my next goal is only going to be 35 pounds by christmas. I am so excited to show the new me to all my family I haven't seen since last year  Here is a before and two after pics.....

Rep Power: 0 | | Congrats!!! Fifty pounds lost in 4 months, that is something to be very proud of. You can see it a lot in your face, it would be interesting to see body pic also. Oh well. How do you feel now that you've lost that weight? |
