From 205lbs to 167lbs...*Pictures!*

hey everyone! I just wanted to say hello and show you the pictures of me from when I started losing weight in february of 2007 to now! (Just by lifting weights, elliptical trainer, and good diet!) I still have a while to go though. I have 3 goals. Beware...bra and pantie photos!

1.) Lose from 205lbs to 140lbs
2.) Lose from 140lbs to 125lbs
3.) Tone up my body when I am 125lbs

Hey well done on your progress! I started working out at the same time as you but only took my diet seriously in April .Its so great to see how much you have progressed in that amount of time! .....if only I could have progressed as much as you have! I have only lost 12 pounds!

How often do you work out?
What has been your routine in general, for food too?

Thanks! I am a mom, so I work out mostly at home. I do 60 minutes of my elliptical trainer in the morning before Nathan gets up, 40 minutes of walking with nathan (before he takes a nap) when he takes a nap, I do another 60 minutes on the elliptical, and then when he goes to bed, I do another 40 minutes on the elliptical (and I do at least 100 crunches & side crunches each workout with the elliptical)

wow! amazing job! but i agree - that's alotta elliptical! did you start out with that schedule or work your way up to that?

also, the best change that I noticed, is you have a SMILE in the new front pic!

Wow great job!You look excellent!! How long have you been doing this? Did you hit a plateau at all, are you "dieting" in addition? Sorry, I'm a mom too, but I can't do that much elliptical but if you say that's all you did (I don't mean all like nothing, just without the diet lol), well, I'm going to be doing 120 minutes a day too!

How old is your baby BTW...Congrats on the baby and the weight loss, good luck in the future too, you can DO IT!

FreshStart--I am only 4'11...so basically you could see the fat on me at
205lbs

KnOxViLLe--trust me, I had to work my way up to that! When I first started, I couldn't even do 5 minutes without stoping for air!

Covergirl20--like I said, I started in feb (the 1st actually) and actually I did hit a plateau at 180lbs. So I swiched it around where I was only doing 40 minutes of the elliptical and then mostly going for walks. I just swiched it around again when I hit 169lbs. I think the diet is what changed me to lose the weight. I drank at least 5 cups of coffee in the mornings and 8 oz of water a day. I never had fruits, veggies, and I always ate pizza rolls (love them!) Then I started eating much more healthier and lets just say I feel so much more energised! Nathan is going to be 2 years old in june!

Thank you and sorry, I didn't see that you said you started in Feb. I was at work...the phone, the people...must have read fast.
Either way your doing an excellent job and you should be very proud!

My son is 2, (April) also...I feel like I just had him. I thought maybe it was a newer baby because of the baby monitor and all that...the nursery...looks cute BTW...

I'll have you know that you inspired me to do 30 minutes on my elliptical and make my husband make me do SIT UPs not crunches like I normally do...I only got about 20 actual situps and 20 pushups but now he will help me...
You've helped me more just by posting your pictures than I've helped myself in the last 7 years!

i guess im well padded all over, but my tummy hips thighs carry the most :/

My sister in law is like you , she carries it all in the tummy :O

Hi just wanted to say you sure did a great job in losing this weight so fast. I wish I could have done it that quickly but everones body is diff. I too started around feb.
My body type is just like yours I carrry alot of belly after having three c-sections its just been hard for me to lose it there. Your picture now gives me inspiration that I too can lose that post baby belly my youngest is also going to turn 2
