Rep Power: 0 | | Aww girl, I know how you feel. I was going through a bit of that today. I know I'll probably get a few angry responses to this, but the way I break through something like that really is to lower my carbs for a couple of days until I start seeing/feeling a difference again.
You're doing awesome and you look HOT, girl. So keep it up, your hard work will definitely pay off! Keep your chin up

Rep Power: 9129 | | This is a very common tale, I say this as to give you hope
List the following.
-Stats (age, height, weight, Body fat %)
-Diet (in detail meal to meal, overall daily caloric intake, ratios)
-Exercise routine in detail (cardio/weight training) |

Rep Power: 5114 | | | Not uncommon For a number of reasons.
I have lost over 50 pounds yet when I look in the mirror I see no difference. Purely in my head I know. Luckily the belt measurement doesnt lie. Scale and mirrors are completely subjective. This is an all too common occurence and should not make you feel down. Have you taken measurements recently?
As someone else said, you are already a hot looking woman. You really dont have far to go to get to your goal. At this point you may be making subtle little changes that arent so easily visible (armpits, toefat, back of the knees, inbetween the shoulder blades...). It is pretty common knowledge that the closer you get to your goal the harder it becomes to see the differences that are happening. I remember looking at your "before" pics and they looked like most peoples dream "after" pics. May take some time to see some changes on that already great looking bod. May also simply be a plateau, happens to the best of us. Nothing to do but keep going and be patient. Giving up now would be a terrible mistake. Dont let simple vanity destroy your best efforts.
I know it is frustrating, but stick to your guns. You may well be making big changes, just in places you arent regularly measuring or seeing. How are you feeling? That should be more important in the long run. As I said earlier, even after 53 pounds I dont "see" a difference yet at all, but damn do I feel it. Thats worth more than looks to me anyday.

Anyway.. If I remember, you're already in pretty decent shape. You wanted to be the Britney look-a-like right?
You're gonna really need to watch what your eating and up your excerise. A month isn't exactly alot of time anyway. You're at that point were its gonna be ridiculously hard to lose weight.

The first few pages, another young lady had the same exact problem as you did. I'm not sure how it ended out (didn't read the whole thing yet ) but i'm sure you can find some great advice there.
Best of luck.

Rep Power: 0 | | | hmmm... sounds pretty solid... how's your fluid intake? Maybe try upping your water a little bit sometimes that can get the ball rolling at least shedding some water weight and getting your body into the right direction. Like someone else said, you're real close to your goal weight so it's a little bit harder, as I'm sure you know. Maybe you just have to bust through by working out EXTRA hard for a week. If you really push yourself, that may get the ball rolling tooo... Just tryin to help!

I had the same problem but noticed that my workout on the elliptical machine was not pushing me hard enough. After I increased the resistance level of my interval program, the weight loss increased significantly.
What program and resistance level do you use on the elliptical machine? It is really challenging you? More important do you increase your workout levels now and then?
For me using the elliptical is: no (mental) pain = no gain (actually no weight loss). At this moment, resistance level 13 on my Schwinn elliptical Interval program for 45 minutes with 68 rpm is my limit and after the workout my upper legs burn. Next week, I add 5 minutes.
Although I am eating very healthy within my calorie limits, without a good workout 5 times a week, I hardly loose weight.

Rep Power: 0 | | | taking pictures motivates me, frusteration motivates me too!
i take pictures and weigh myself once a week... so comparing that helps me a lot!
if i start feeling i'm not losing anything i'll up my workout a lil bit!

Rep Power: 7 | | | I would suggest buying a hear rate monitor. They are pretty handy and keep reminding you if you fall out of your target heart rate zone. You can also make sure you are doing the right intensity for what you want to archive.

Rep Power: 65 | | | i know exactl how yu feel
i was the same way and what i found my first time around was that figuring out my bmr and really strictly monitoring my calorie intake based on that number was the most effective method... stay strong, dont give up!!

Rep Power: 1247 | | | Maybe you can change your routine-forget the elliptical do something else it could really get things going-You can also try working out harder on the machine-you dont have to feel like your going to pass out but that pain is what some of those people we see with hot bodies go throught to get and maintain their bodies.
