72 lbs Lost, 53 lbs to go
Sorry for the horrible before shots. I really didn't take many photos of myself, nor did I look in the mirror much back then. And the only face shot I had was my DL. All of these images were from about a year ago when I was 290. Now I am at 218 lbs and I can say that I feel sooo much better. I finally can look myself in the mirror without cringing. I can't wait to get under 200 now!!!
