| a giant confidence booster so as i've said before i'm in the army... before we take our APFT (army physical fitness test) we have to do a weigh in (wednesday), so i go to weigh in and i'm down to 151.5 and i passed tape!
so the next day (thursday) is our pt test - i increased push ups by 11, sit ups by 4, and took 21 seconds off my run time! the crazy thing is that i really dont work on any of those events it's all just from lifting and stuff!
well if that didnt make me feel good enough i had other people in my company and drill sgts tell me how they can see i'm losing weight and i'm doing great!
