Your pictures certainly speak for themselves! It is amazing how fast you are becoming more defined and increasing your muscle mass! It must be so wonderful to be able to see your abs and obliques so defined again
Also your arms and shoulder are look really great, the frontal part of your delts are clearly defined now and have grown. Also great sharpness to your lats and I also noticed that your Trapezius is growing well and look great.

And REAL MEN have chest hair!

Hey Ironman, congrats! My boyfriend and I were looking at your pictures from before and after and we were sooo amazed!! I've lost 90lbs and he's lost over 90lbs too so we can imagine how hard you must have worked to get that weight off. Again, congrats you look great!
