Wow, this is such a great thread!

Im admire you so much! What you did is so amazing.

In my 20s, I lost weight at the rate of 5KG per week, which is 20KG per month. I was almost 120KG and drop to 60KG within just 3-4 months. I was totally lean!

It wasnt health cause I took some slimming pills but I also exercise 1-2 hours per day every day then. Not inclusive of weight and strength training. On top of that I walk 5-10 KM everyday. Like you said, I attacked my weight like an Animal then, a gentler one! LOL!

I put on weight when I got pregnant, one baby after another. and after 4 babies. I am now so much overweight. my 4th baby is now 5 month old.

I started my weight loss journey with more fire in July and loss almost 11 KG since then.

Just a month ago, my GP (Doctor Loh) took my weight and yesterday he did it again and he said I loss 6KG and he was so proud.

Im doing it again, no matter what others say. Im sticking to what I do as it works.

I dont think its unhealthy to have a big weight loss, I maintained it for years until I got pregnant. I had a huge appetite and cravings for unhealthy food. Mostly sweet cakes, chocolate cakes, fried food and junk food. I dont eat anything else. Pure unhealthy and all my kids are above 10 pounds birth weight. Imagine that! Must be the food... lol

My GP says, everything is a state of mind.

Im going through this again and I will make it my life motto to be and stay healthy & no more babies I hope, at least not now. hahaha

Thank you for your inspiration!

I moved some of the more current older pics to the first post for others to see. Since I have photos all over various pages in this thread.

I would just like to say THANKYOU to everyone for all the warm wishes. Its been awhile since i've visited this old thread and reading that people are still getting inspiration from my story is truly heartwarming.

I'd like you guys to know im doing great. I'm still the same weight(I watch what I eat and stay active to make sure i'm never over 2-3lbs of 190). I met a wonderful women who is a athlete herself(cycling). She herself just did a 100 mile bike ride a few weeks ago. Our relationship is more than I could have ever hoped for.

I will probably be getting into cycling myself and I might decide to change my body around some more because of the requirements for long distance cycling. So i'll keep the thread updated as things move along. For now know that im enjoying life and it truly makes me tear up to read what people have written in this thread.

Thankyou guys from the bottem of my heart.

Stay humble, stay honest, work hard, and great things will happen in your life. I hope everyone has a great halloween!
