hi my name is dian and i want to share my success story with you. for almost a year, i've lost about 40 pounds. and i'm really happy with myself now. because i can show to people that i can change my entire life now. my diet plan is exercise 4 times a week and eat low carb and less sweets. i love doing pilates, aerobic, and weigh training. i try to combinate all of that exercise, so i wont get bored. and last but no least for everyone that still struggle with your weight, just remind if can do it, so can you.
