**WARNING**new guy here and my "BEFORE-NOW"pictures



this is jus a few of me im currently 6'0 tall and 282 lbs!! ....i get told all the time that i hide it well...and idk but thas exactly what the scales say everytime i get on them!!! im starting this whole weight loss thing b4 i get in the police academy to try and get a head start on the whole fitness part of it id ultimatley like to lose bout 80lbs idk if thas too much or not or whatever but on the BMI calculators and things even at 200 there still saying ill be overweight but at least itll be healthier than 282

Welcome =) They aren't kiddin when they say you hide it well. But, that's a good goal to shoot for, might as well start early and do something healthy for yourself in the process.

I wouldn't really frett about BMI calculations. Reason being, they make no distinction betw/ body weight from fat and body weight from muscle. So in other words, you can lose a great deal of fat, but still be considered overweight according to their calculations. And yes, you definitely hold your weight well. Good luck...

That's Amazing that you want to join the Police Academy--doing something good for the world and wanting to lead a more active lifestyle. I agree with Alyssa, (mostly because staying with it in the beginning is the hardest part for me too!)
