Whileywoos before...

I know i've made no progress yet, but i having been thinking seriously and i think posting these might help me. Simply because some of them show the areas i want to work on, and it feels almost like a target, to show you all that i can be otherwise!!
Its not all about my weight though, i want to get healthy. I suffer from several conditions, which i deal with ok, but the thing is, you can see it in my appearance that i'm not a healthy bunny. I want to improve my skin, my eyes, my hair, everything.

So these were all take on holiday 2 weeks ago. Weighing in at 155 lbs.














You can see that i'm not a big fan of the camera from these, shows how much of a step it is for me to post these!

I have to say, i feel energised and freshly missiony and determined already and i havent even hit submit post yet!

You are absolutely beautiful! I think your before pictures are lovely, but I agree that this is good motivation for you to lose the little bit of weight you want to shed. Just know that you look fabulous already

Thank you Lukewarm, you made me smile!

Does anyone know of anything i can do to improve my weak areas? Superfoods that target the skin under the eyes for example?

you look really beautiful there. those problem areas will go away if you start exercising and especially do weights. i think val-curvie girlie might help you, she did awesome on her shape, by doing running, kick boe, weights etc. and steve also, but you have to wait until he gets back from his honeymoon

as for the skin under the exes...unless you don't have a problem with your kidney the best way to improve skin altogether is to drink lots of water, eat lots of fresh veggies and fruits. don't avoid any food group. eating healthy and exercising and drinking lots of water (and avoiding sodas and stuff with sugar) will do wonders for your complexion.

for some quick fixes-put bags with cammomile tea (not hot, just tepid) on your eyes. cucumber is good for puffiness, and one think also put your finger below your eyes and just tap, afterwards when you put cream on massage by pulling your finger from bellow your eyes, around the eyes towards the forehead )i know i'm going in details here, but that's because i'm foreign and don't know the words lol).

Well, that is a very pretty bunch of before photos. I think you look lovely already, and though you think you look unhealthy, it isn't obvious in these photos. Good food and more exercise will certainly make you feel heaps better regardless!!

It will be interesting to see what your photos look like in future! It's nice to know that at the size you are right now, you can sometimes achieve a really noticeable change with a fairly small movement on the scales.

I hope you maintain your missiony attitude and are able to get the benefits that will come from making it an ongoing part of your life.
