Hey. Congrats on losing the weight that you have. That is a big accomplishment in itself. I really know how hard it is to keep your
diet in check. I struggle with it all the time. Some things that have helped me this time have been:
1. Eating more frequently. I have trained my
body to eat now every 2-3 hours, so by the time the end of the day comes I have eaten probably 6-7 times. When you do this I have found it is a lot easier to control portion sizes. I used to freak out about small or correct portion sizes but, now I know I will be eating within at least 3 hours anyways, so it's not that big of a deal to me. I sometimes post my menu for the day in my journal, if you want to check it out. Usually pretty "clean" foods, and I try to stay within about 1800-2000 cals.
2. Keeping a food journal. I have been doing this for sometime but, only within the last few months did I track the time I ate, the amount, the cals, and the protein grams. It helps keep you in check big time. I used to pretend like
calories didn't exist but, in fact they do and knowing how many
calories your consuming is very important in trying to lose weight.
Doing those two things alone and doing them correctly could help you out tons. If you can commit to doing those things wholeheartedly for a month, they will become habit. That is how I got myself into doing it. What your eating is so important when your losing weight. You don't want all your hard work from exercising to go to waste because of a poor
diet. It isn't worth it, trust me

I still have my cheats, and believe me I am no where near 100% perfect. I have my slip ups, my days when I feel like I've fallen off the wagon, etc. I just have to recommit immediately, and I do. Losing weight and getting healthy is a process, and not one that happens overnight....
Good Luck, hope this helps.
