Rep Power: 0 | | Almost at 1st goal Hi, I am amazed at folks weight loss, some at unbelievable weight loss. I have lost aprox 35 lbs in 12 months. I began at 220.2, am now at 184.9 and my 1st goal is 180 lbs. My 2nd and last goal is to reach 150 lbs. I attribute my success at something I did 7 yrs ago......I quit smoking....and that was the hardest accomplishment in my life. Since then I find that lifes other challenges are duable.....not easy, but attainable.
No person is an island. I'm happy to see that people still care about other people. Good luck to all.
Paul

I quit in March of this year. Once I did I decided I could do anything.

keep up the hard work.
