Good on ya' for taking control of your health and your life at such a young age! Eating sensibly and exercising sensibly is surely the best way to go about it. I was stuck for 3 weeks on a plateau in Sept. just chasing the same stupid one pound around! Grrr

However, I happily weighed in 2 lbs lower this week

. At any rate, I can't tell you if it is normal or not to have the plateau thing and then drop a whole 10 lbs (I think that's what you said - I would surely faint dead away if that happened to me! Oh, the sheer JOY of it!)
