Since pictures are worth a 1,000 words, then keeping this thread updated with monthly pics will hopefully result in 1,000 GOOD words. 
These first two pics were taken at the end of April 2007 (~177lbs):  
Taken July 27,2007 after 2 weeks of starting the exercising and eating right (~172 lbs): 
(I know, I should have taken a full body shot and didn't, but I could tell a tiny bit of difference in the face.)
More to come in a few weeks....

You can totally tell in your face!Good job. We have the same weight loss goals  How tall are you?? I am 5'2 and have a goal weight of 125, but I would like to be 110. What are some things that you are doing?? |

I don't think I can go any lower with "the twins", but hey if I can, great! I'm working out 6 days a week and eating not only healthier, but in portions throughout the day.
