adding recent pics of me taken today 8/21/09 at 239 lbs in the same swimsuit i wore in the pics taken in june when my son was 7 months old. he's almost 10 months old now. this swimsuit is really big on my midsection now so to me it makes me look like i am bigger.

You can really see how loose the bathing costume has become which highlights really well how much your hard work is paying off. I think that you need to get a new bathing costume now because the old one really is far too big for you.
You are looking great - and you will be much healthier too.
I have read from the start and have to echo Cerella by saying that I envy your confidence in posting underwear style pictures. You have certainly made some fantastic changes during your project as a whole. Keep on like this and you will be down to the size in your graduation picture in no time. |

I understand you started last july 16th, and look at you now! if you don't mind me asking, what other exercises are you on aside form the elliptical?
