Looks like you really pushed your goal and made it!! You seem to be maintaining very well, good for you!
I am sorry to hear that your pics were used in those darn weight loss ads. I know I am not invincible I JUST learned how to watermark my pics, I don't know about a few of them though. About a year ago I used to be on these silly dating sites and had some ppl send me links to where my pictures now were. I guess some girl portraying she was me. Made me sick to my stomach, I deleted it all! So who knows where my pics *really* are.... I can def relate.
I don't know what it's called, since I am fairly computer illiterate, but there are some websites that DO NOT let you copy and paste pics. I think that is something that should change for this kind of a site. I mean watermarking is one thing, but just to completely not allow anyone to take a pic whether it be watermarked or not, would be a relief, an extra amount of support for one's feelings and well being on a Weight Loss Site.
Anywho, Thanks for stopping in on my B4-Inbetween-After page!!
Congratulations on your Engagement!! I LOVE your hair btw too!!
Take Care

That is amazing progress. How did you stay motivated to keep going?
My fiance kept me motivated...he's really into working out and at that time we had an apartment together so i went with him everyday to the gym and after awhile you just WANT to go. He helped me so much to lose my weight..i probably couldnt have done it without him pushing me, thats sad to say but i really needed somebody to kick me in the butt! haha

Ya its not fun to have to worry about people taking your pictures...i think all sites should make it so you cant copy pictures! I had tons of people asking me about my pictures being on those stupid acia ads..it was so annoying and i would get one of the sites shut down and then another would pop right back up again! I havent heard of it being up anymore so hopefully they arnt using my pictures but i have seen other peoples pictures from this site being used for the same ads that mine were stolen for, it makes me so angry people can just do that. I think everyone on this site needs to be really careful and watermark their pictures. Once again you look awesome!!

I just started getting kinda chucky around the age 15 but i was at my heaviest when i was 19..it just gradually kept creeping up on me as the years went by...i was 145 when i was 16 and i remember getting up to 150 and i told myself..i wont get past 155 then i would go up to 160 and i just kept gaining and gaining..then when i graduated beauty school i was 168..that was my heighest weight. i know to some people 178 isnt that bad but im not very tall either so it sucked ..but i dont have any sagging at all which im happy for..just a few stretch marks around my belly button but they have faded so much i cant even see them anymore
That sounds exactly like me. I'm 5'10" and I told myself at 175lbs, I wont go over 180. Then at 180lbs, I told myself I wouldn't go over 190.. and before you know it I was 200lbs! Eeek.
Well done, you're truely an inspiration!

That is SO amazing. You look utterly gorgeous. Well done!!
I'm trying to figure out how to balance my work out and diet. I work out 5-7 times a week, 1 hour cardio and half an hour strength. I'm not too keen on protein shakes - do you have an advice for me regarding my diet? I am looking to lose around 10 kgs (22 pounds).. I want to reach my goal within 5 months.. Do you think its possible?
And congrats on getting married next month!!

Just watch what you eat and exercise...thats really all my advice. Thats wat i did..and it worked for me and its the healthiest way to go. Your workout schedule sounds really good, so just as long as you watch what you eat you shouldnt have any problems. Dont get upset if it doesnt come off quick..it takes time..sometimes you'll lose a couple pounds one week and none the next. I wish you the best of luck with your weightloss!! Also thank you for the congrats! Thats sweet of you!

Ya i would always tell myself i would reach a weight...and boom! i did...a big reason too why i wanted to lose the weight was for my brothers wedding...when i got sized for my dress i had lost some weight but not all of it and when i had to get the dress altered..they had to take it in sooo much! That made me feel really good!!

You are totally my inspiration. I'm taller than you (5'5) and weigh 20 lbs more than you did but our body types seem very similar. Infact your before pic in the bikini looks almost exactly like my current body. Did you have any problems with excess skin after losing all that weight? I'm a tad worried about that although I'm not sure if I'm quite overweight enough for that to be a problem. I've heard working out and toning during your weight loss can really help.
