Been at this for just over a month now, have lost just over 20 lbs can't see it in the mirror or in pictures yet.
I was putting away my laundry and found an old pair of 42's that I haven't worn in over a year since size 44 took over my life. I tried them on for S's & G's they fit sorta, they are snug on waist but at least I can fasten them and still breath at the same time, but what really amazes me is they are baggy as heck in the legs, they have never been loose there even when I was wearing that size on a daily basis.
OK here's my beginning pic, I took another one that day without my shirt on and all I can say is that is is so freaking ugly it won't load. LOL Maybe when I reach a midpoint I'll put it up here as well. http://i139.photobucket.com/albums/q.../Me337lbs1.jpg
you'll appreciate the starting pics down the road... and for the record it's not a bad picture... at all... (I could channel the hosts of the tv show what not to wear and tell you that you're just wearing an incredibly unflattering ensemble
You're gonna be gawwwjuss when you're done and there better be a smile on that face
Hey, I can see a REAL dif in your face, if the pic by your name on the boards is what you currently look like. You are to be commended on your loss thus far; 20 lbs is nothing to sneeze at! Keep up the great work!
Here's are some better pics, took these today after my workout I like these clothes better anyway. The pic in the orange shirt is a 3x shirt and 44' waist shorts.
Unfortunately the pic by my name is about 3 years old I was less heavy then about 270 lbs but smoked 2+ packs a day. Now my wife and I are heavier but don't smoke. The wife and I quit cold turkey little over 2 years ago (some of the reason we gained), actually we have become those bitchy ex-smokers that smokers hate, at least I know I used to.
