I've been dieting for the past 14 years with little success. I finally got some help when I moved to the Philippines for 6 months, lol. I've been eating much smaller portions and I have increased my physical activity and I've even learned how to love running (something I never thought I would do)!
Here are some of my before and current pics. I'm about half way to my goal.
Before March 2007 - 225 lbs  
Current October 2007 - 182 lbs  
Thanks to everyone that has shared their pictures and stories in these forums, I can't tell you how inspiring it is to read your stories.
