Well I'm happy to give you support! Cause atm I'm on a roll! Like I'm so serious about losing this weight. I've never felt like this.
I usually give up on the first day, and it's nearly been two weeks now =D

you are very cute and remind me a lot of myself at that age....I was always depressed about my weight. Now I dont dwell on it but it ticks me off especially as I was the best Id ever been in my entire life about 6 years ago at the age of 37.

Try weight watchers and see if you can learn more about making healthy food choices. I used to work out a lot too, exercise is the key.

Mad props for posting undie pics. I only did upper torso and face shots myself. It does take a lot of courage. You're a total knockout and your ass looks great in those panties. You're also doing a great job keeping your journal so keep it up!
