Rep Power: 8 | | Ok, so another thing I'm noticing as people lose weight is that yes, they look better and younger, but also that their skin looks healthier as well. This must me attributed to a better diet and I'm guessing better use of the oils in your skin as you perspire from working out? It's a huge change from one year to the next facially! Great job... keep up the good work. And update us more than once a year! |
